I rapporti di utilizzazione degli spazi  possono arrivare a valori elevati pari  a  1  a  5  nel  caso  di  disposizioni  in  verticale  fino  ad  altezze  di  5  metri,  permettendo mediamente 5 piani di  bobine. Grazie  a  questo  sistema,  oltre  alla  migliore  utilizzazione  dello  spazio,  intervengono  altri  fattori  positivi  nel- l’intero processo di movimentazione  e prelievo quali: – facilità di individuare con rapidità le  bobine da prelevare; – rapidità di prelievo di pezzature di  cavo in matasse o in bobine, diretta- mente dalla bobina immagazzinata. Le  bobine  sono  infatti  alloggiate  mediante  asse,  con  relativi  coni  di  bloccaggio su supporti, che permet- tono la rotazione delle stesse e quin- di  il  conseguente  prelievo,  a  velo- cità  di  svolgimento  elevate,  con  ns.  apposite macchine svolgitrici. Le rastrelliere di ns. produzione sono  inoltre munite di sistema di sicurezza  brevettato  antiuscita  della  bobina,  (dall’azionamento  rapido  e  funzio- nale)  che  permettono  all’operatore  di  lavorare  in  assoluta  sicurezza,  in  qualsiasi  modo  venga  caricata  la  bobina  (capo  da  svolgere  in  alto  o  in basso). Tutte le strutture vengono fornite con  relativi certificati di collaudo, per por- tate di 70 quintali per foro in condizio- ni di massima sollecitazione e cioè in  condizioni di lavoro con nostre mac- chine avvolgitrici con capacità di tiro  che variano da 15 a 86 kgmt. Vertical cable coil storage provides a  considerable  saving  in  space  com- pared to the traditional ground stora- ge systems. Space utilization rations  can be as high as 1 to 5 if the coils  are arranged vertically up to heights  of 5 metres, permitting on average 5  coil levels. This  system  not  only  allows  a  bet- ter use of space but has also other  advantages  in  the  movement  and  withdrawal process as a whole such  as: –  quick  identification  of  the  coils  to  be withdrawn; – quick withdrawal of lengths of cable  in  skeins  or  coils,  directly  from  the  stored coil. The coils are in fact fitted on an axle  with locking cone on supports which  allow rotation of the coils and there- fore high speed unwinding with our  unwinders. Our  racks  are  also  provided  with  patented  safety  system  (quick  fun- ctional  operation)  to  prevent  the  coil coming out of position and this  allows the operator to work in com- plete safety however the coil is loa- ded (end to be unwound at the top  or bottom). All  the  structures  are  supplied  with  test certificates for capacities of 7000  kg per compartment in conditions of  maximum stress, i.e. in work condi- tions using our winders with pulling  capacity varying from 15 to 86 kgmt. Les  bobines  sont  en  effet  stockées  au moyen d’un axe, avec cônes de  blocage  correspondants  sur  sup- ports qui permettent leur rotation et  donc le prélèvement à des vitesses  de  débobinage  élevées  avec  nos  débobineuses spéciales. Nos  râteliers  sont  en  outre  munis  de  système  de  sécurité  breveté  empêchant  la  sortie  de  la  bobine  (avec un actionnement rapide et fon- ctionnel) qui permettent à I’opérateur  de  travailler  en  toute  sécurité,  quel- que soit le mode de chargement de  la  bobine  (extrémité  à  dérouler  en  haut ou en bas). Toutes  les  structures  sont  livrées  avec  un  certificat  d’essai  pour  por- tées  de  7000  Kg  par  logement  en  condition  de  sollicitation  maximum,  c’est-à-dire  en  conditions  de  travail  avec  nos  bobineuses  ayant  une  capacité  de  tirage  variant  de  15  à  86 kgmt. Neben  der  besseren  Raumnutzung  können  mit  diesem  System  noch  weitere positive Faktoren für das ge   samten  Verfahren  der  Bewegung  und Entnahme erhalten werden: – einfaches Auffinden der zu ent neh- menden Rollen; –  rasche  Entnahme  von  Kabel  strängen oder Rollen, direkt von der  eingelagerten Rolle. Die  Trommeln  sind  hier  nämlich  mittels  Achse  mit  entsprechenden   Blockagezapfen  an  Halterungen  befestigt,  welche  die  Drehung  und  damit  die  Entnahme  bei  hoher  Ab  wickelgeschwindigkeit  mit  unseren  speziellen  Abwickelgeräten  ermög- lichen. Die  von  uns  produzierten  Gestelle  sind  mit  einem  patentierten  Sicherheits-System  ausgestattet,  das  das  Austreten  der  Trommel  verhindert (schnelle und funktionelle  Handhabung)  und  ein  vollkommen  sicheres  Arbeiten  erlaubt,  unabhän- gig davon, wie die Trommel gelagert  wird (Kopfteil nach oben oder unten). Die  gesamten  Strukturen  werden  mit  entsprechenden  Abnahme- Zertifikaten für Situationen der höch- sten  Belastung  bis  zu  7000  kg  pro  Fläche  geliefert,  das  heißt  unter  Arbeitsbedingungen mit unseren  Aufwickelgeräten  mit  einer  Zugkapazität von 15 bis 86 kgmt.
