Questa pubblicazione rappresenta un aggiornamento del catalogo di impianti fotovoltaici pubblicato in data 19 aprile 2012, nella quale sono state inserite ulteriori soluzioni che hanno avuto accesso alle tariffedel Titolo III del quarto Conto Energia. Il catalogo costituisce un documento ricognitivo delle caratteristiche e dei requisiti tecnici che tali impianti innovativihanno rispettato ai fini dell’ammissione alle tariffe del Titolo III. Le soluzioni commerciali riportate nel catalogopossono essere considerate valide anche peril quinto Conto Energia previo il rispetto diquanto previsto nell’art.8 del Decreto 5 luglio2012. E’ bene a tal riguardo chiarire che, ove nel catalogo si indica la dizione “prodotto commerciale”, la stessa intende specificare lediverse tipologie degli elementi dell’impiantoinnovativo e delle modalità installative seguite,senza che da questa dizione derivi alcuna finalità di marketing o di sponsorizzazione, né,soprattutto, garanzia di ammissione alle tariffeper le soluzioni di impianto rappresentate. E’ importante, infatti, sottolineare che l’appartenenza di un modulo o di un componente a questa lista non determina automaticamente l’accesso alle tariffe in oggetto, in quanto un impianto fotovoltaico costituito da un modulo o da un componentepresente nel catalogo, al fine di essere ammesso alle suddette tariffe, deve rispettaretutti i criteri di installazione esposti al capitolo3 della Guida. Il catalogo è strutturato secondo le categorie indicate nella Guida, quali moduli non convenzionali (suddivisi in diverse tipologie di prodotto) e componenti speciali; This publication is an update of thecatologue of PV plants issued on April 19, 2012. It has new solutions that obtained the tariffs of Title III ofthe fourth Conto Energia (fourth Italian Feed-in Premium). The catalogue contains a recognitionof the characteristics and the technical requirements that these innovative plants have in order to access to the tariffs of the Title III. The commercial products shown inthe catalogue can be also elegible forBIPV tariffs of the fifth Feed-in Tariffscheme, on condition that the PVplants are in compliance with DecreeJuly 5, 2012, section 8. It is important to emphasize that themeaning of “commercial product” isonly related to the different types ofelements of the innovative plant or ofthe installations used, without any objective to sponsor or sell the product nor to give any guarantee ofaccess to the tariffs for the plants presented in the catalogue. It is important to underline that a PVplant using a module or a componentlisted in this catalogue do not accessautomatically to the tariffs of innovative BIPV, as it must respect allthe installation criteria indicated in chapter 3 of the Guide. The catalogue is structured accordingto the categories indicated in theGuide, like innovative modules (divided into different types of products) and innovative components. all’interno di ogni categoria sono presenti le schede per produttore del modulofotovoltaico. Ciascuna scheda riporta le immagini, l’ubicazione e la potenza degli impianti unitamente a note relative ai criteri dautilizzare in fase di progettazione e installazione degli stessi; sono inoltre riportati i dati caratteristici dei prodotti (moduli e sistemi di montaggio, ove presenti).L’ultima sezione di questo aggiornamento è costituita da singoli progetti di facciate fotovoltaiche con indicazione dei dati caratteristici degli impianti. Il nuovo processo progettuale nel quale ilfotovoltaico è un elemento dell’edificio coinvolge attori di un settore in evoluzione:produttori storicamente radicati nel BuildingIntegrated Photovoltaic che con il Titolo IIIhanno trovato la loro naturale collocazione,nuovi players dell’industria delle costruzioni e progettisti che si confrontano con quantoprescritto nella Guida approfondendo e analizzandone i contenuti, a volte criticandoli. E’ grazie al loro impegno per realizzare questi impianti che il fotovoltaico, finalmente,incontra l’architettura. The last part of the catalogue contains a list of single projects of PVfacades with the main characteristics of the plants. The new design process in which thephotovoltaic is a building element involves players of a constantly changing sector: historical BIPV producers that found their place withthe Title III, new players of the construction industry and designersthat have to face with the rules set bythe Guide, expanding on the subjectsand analyzing the contents, sometimescriticizing it. REQUISITI TECNICI ALLEGATO 4 AL DM 5/7/2012 C ARATTERISTICHE E MODALITA’ DI INSTALLAZIONE PER APPLICAZIONI INNOVATIVE FINALIZZATE ALL’INTEGRAZIONE ARCHITETTONICA 1. CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE Al fine di accedere alla tariffa di cui all’art. 8 del presente decreto, i moduli e i componenti speciali dovranno avere tutte le seguenti caratteristiche: 1. moduli non convenzionali e componenti speciali, sviluppati specificatamente per integrarsi e sostituire elementi architettonici di edifici, energeticamente certificabili, quali: a) coperture degli edifici; b) superfici opache verticali;c) superfici trasparenti o semitrasparenti sulle coperture;d) superfici apribili e assimilabili quali porte, finestre e vetrine anche se non apribili comprensive degli infissi. 2. moduli e componenti che abbiano significative innovazioni di carattere tecnologico; 3. moduli progettati e realizzati industrialmente per svolgere, oltre alla produzione di energia elettrica, funzioni architettoniche fondamentali quali: a. protezione o regolazione termica dell’edificio. Ovvero il componente deve garantire il mantenimento dei livelli di fabbisogno energetico dell’edificio ed essere caratterizzato da trasmittanza termica comparabile con quella delcomponente architettonico sostituito; b. moduli e componenti speciali progettati ed installati per garantire tenuta all’acqua e conseguente impermeabilizzazione della struttura edilizia sottesa; c. moduli e componenti speciali progettati ed installati per garantire tenuta meccanica comparabile con l’elemento edilizio sostituito. 2. MODALITÀ DI INSTALLAZIONE Al fine di accedere alla tariffa di cui all’art. 8 del presente decreto, i moduli e i componenti speciali dovranno, almeno, essere installati secondo le seguenti modalità:1. i moduli devono sostituire componenti architettonici degli edifici;2. i moduli devono comunque svolgere una funzione di rivestimento di parti dell’edificio, altrimenti svolta da componenti edilizi non finalizzati alla produzione di energia elettrica; 3. da un punto di vista estetico, il sistema fotovoltaico deve comunque inserirsi armoniosamente nel disegno architettonico dell’edificio. Nota. Technical Requirements Annex 4 to Decree of July 5, 2012 CHARACTERISTICS AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURES FOR BUILDING INTEGRATED INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS 1. CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES To be eligible for the tariffs, PV systems must use modules and components having the followingcharacteristics: 1. innovative modules and components which are specifically designed to integrate and replace architectural elements of buildings with a calculable energy performance, such as: a) roofings of buildings; b) vertical opaque surfaces;c) transparent or semi-transparent surfaces on coverings; d) openable and like surfaces, e.g. doors, windows and glazings (even if they are not openable) including frames. 2. modules and components with significant technological innovations; 3. modules which are industrially designed and manufactured in order to guarantee both the energy production as well as architectural functions like: a. protection or thermal regulation of the building. The module or the component must preserve the building energy needs and have a thermal transmittance equivalent to that of the architectural component replaced. b. modules and components designed and installed to ensure the water-tight seal of the building structure. c. modules and components designed and installed to ensure a mechanical seal equivalent to that of the building element replaced. 2. INSTALLATION PROCEDURES To be eligible for the tariffs, modules and components must be installed according to the following criteria: 1. they must replace architectural components of buildings;2. they must also have a coating role of parts of the structure, replacing other building elements that otherwise are not used for the production of electricity; 3. from an aesthetic point of view, the PV system must in any case fit harmoniously to the architecture of the building. Remark.
